1) Autocomplete list not functioning properly for account manager : clicked record is not getting displayed as selected record.



2) On click of Save:Stay button record is getting submitted to db and loading edit form with empty fields and Save:Stay, Save:Back Enabled. 


3) On click of Save:Stay button record is getting submitted to db and loading empty edit form but Req. Type (selection box) not loading 
 its options and by default it is loading 02/22/2023 static data in block date.


4) block date storing 0000-00-00 values updated storing null value.
 

5) selected value is not getting reset when we change bloc date value yes to no.


6) When we click on Reset button  filled feilds are clear  and save buttons should be disable but in this senario .
   save buttons are enable only 

7) After filling mandatory feilds save buttons should be enable but in this senario save buttons are disable only .


8) Type dropdown values are not visible and in case of Reset button Type dropdown not working properly . 


9) when we select block value NO date should be clear but in this case not working properly.
