1) Tax Register page is old formart need to update new formart left side navbar is old formart and right side icon is new formart . 

2) when we click on add we can see the "Add Register" page . 

3) all input feilds should be store in tax_reg database table . 

4) After state field city feild should be there but that is not mandatory .

1) If anything has deleted from the view and changes has apllied Menu table . According to that we need to update the table

1) In Add Register page when we type a company Name if is already there in records it will be showEx . 

2) In Add/Modify Block Domain page when we type Domain Name if that Domain present in existing records it will be shown . 

3) In case of only one existing record , more empty space showing after displaying existing record .

1) In Add Register page when we enter the company Name if existing record is there it should be displayed if enter the state name according to that again refilter it but in 
   case of department filter is not working  . 

2) Save buttons should enable after fill the date fields .

1) If any value is not there is should convert as null . 

2) If we make any changes backend if user enter this it's not taking that values.

3) If we enter the Existing Registration number should not save the Record . 

4) start date should greater than end date

1)In Edit Record we shouldn't make any duplicated values . 

2) Here the problem at date it showing correct dates only it showing to date and end date is same .
