Tax Register form 


1) In first vedio there is no issue. 

2) In second vedio saying about database view. 

3) In third vedio there is no issue. 

4) In fourth vedio Department feild is not working properly . 

5) In fifth vedio saying about database view. 

6) In sixth vedio Reset button is not working and if we enter the existing Reguster number save button enable in vedio but not in form . 

7) In Seventh Vedion there is no issue..
